Spooky Boyfriend

Submissions

In the poem "Dear Reader," James Tate writes, " I am trying to pry open your casket / with this burning snowflake." Spooky Boyfriend seeks to publish innovative work by a variety of writers. We lean toward original voices and experimental work, but everything will be considered. If you have a burning snowflake, we want it.

Submit up to five poems in an attached .doc file to spookyboyfriend (at) gmail (dot) com. Simultaneous submissions are fine, just let us know if your work is accepted elsewhere. Previously published work will not be considered.

In your submission, include a brief bio, as well as something spooky.

Submissions are read in January and August.

All rights revert to the authors upon publication in Spooky Boyfriend. We ask that Spooky Boyfriend get recognition as the place of initial publication if your work is published elsewhere.
